What are your delivery options within Malta and Gozo?

We offer standard delivery across Malta and Gozo. Delivery is free for orders over a certain threshold, while a nominal fee applies to smaller orders. Heavy or bulky construction materials may require specialized transport which can be coordinated at checkout.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Once your order is processed and ready, you will receive a notification to pick up your items from our main outlet in Ta' Qali.

What is your return policy for DIY and home products?

Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Please note that custom-mixed paints and specially ordered items are non-refundable.

Do you offer professional consultations for large projects?

Absolutely. Our in-house experts are available to provide technical advice on construction materials, tiling, and home finishing for both residential and commercial projects.

Which payment methods do you accept online?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as local payment solutions. All transactions are processed through a secure encrypted gateway.

Are the prices online the same as in-store?
